2)Blocking mechanism: Users can block specific content, and this application's intelligent recommendation system will filter out content that makes users uncomfortable.

In order to monitor and improve the service quality of this application, this application may send data related to software operation and service quality to the Company's servers at appropriate times. This is done to enhance the service quality of this application, and the Company guarantees that this information will not be used for illegal or unethical purposes.

Permission from the Company is required to sell this application or any materials, services, or software related to or derived from this application. Additionally, users must not harm, disable, or affect the Company's other services while using this application, nor should they impose an excessive burden on the Company's other services or affect the enjoyment of other parties using the Company's other services. If users have any opinions or suggestions for improving this application, they may submit them to the Company. Please note that by doing so, users grant the Company and third parties the right to use and incorporate their suggestions or opinions into this application (or third-party software) without compensation.

Users acknowledge that the Company owns all rights to this application, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refer to ownership rights as defined in patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and other laws, as well as all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, whether currently in force or to be implemented and effective globally in the future. Users agree not to modify, adapt, translate this application, create derivative works of this application, or obtain source code from this application through decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or other methods. Users agree not to delete, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other intellectual property notices of the Company or any third party.

Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of the Company. Therefore, the Company generally does not disclose, edit, or reveal users' registration information or non-public content stored in the Company's services, unless the Company believes, in good faith, that disclosure of such information is necessary in the following circumstances:

1)To comply with relevant legal provisions, including providing information uploaded by users through this application, such as content, upload time, internet address, or domain name, when queried by relevant national authorities.

2)To comply with the service procedures of this application.

3)To safeguard and maintain the Company's trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

4)To exert every effort to maintain the privacy and security of users and the general public in emergency situations.

5)In other circumstances deemed necessary by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement when necessary, by posting notices on the webpage or using other reasonable methods. When using the services, users should promptly review and understand the modified content and voluntarily comply with this agreement and the [Passport Service Terms]. If users continue to use the services covered by this agreement, it will be deemed as their acceptance of the modified content. Users have the right to stop using the services covered by this agreement if they do not agree with the modified content.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice to users. Users acknowledge and accept the Company's right to change, suspend, or terminate services, and the Company shall not be held responsible to users or third parties for such actions.

Users understand and agree that they download or use this application and all third-party software provided with or through this application at their own risk. Users are solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data caused by downloading or using this application and such third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, absence of viruses, and absence of errors. Additionally, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not guarantee that this application will meet users' requirements, will not be modified, interrupted, or terminated, and makes no warranties regarding the timeliness, security, occurrence of errors, and whether information can be transmitted accurately, timely, and smoothly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from users' use of this application or in any way related to the Company's products and services (including but not limited to damages for personal injury, privacy breaches, failure to perform any duties including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other financial or other losses).

The user is solely responsible for their actions while using this application. Users must comply with all applicable local laws, national laws, and international laws when using this application services. Users agree:

1)Users must comply with relevant Chinese regulations (see appendix for some regulations) when using this application services. Users must not create, copy, publish, or distribute the following information on this application webpages or through this application services:

I.Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including copyrights, image rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights.

II.Information that violates the fundamental principles established by the Constitution.

III.Information that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.

IV.Information that damages the honor and interests of the country.

V.Information that incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, or disrupts ethnic unity.

VI.Information that violates state religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions.

VII.Information that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability.

VIII.Information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or incites crime.

IX.Information that insults or defames others, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

X.Information that incites illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or disrupts social order.

XI.Activities carried out under the guise of illegal civil organizations.

XII.Information containing other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

2)Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities using this application services:

I.Unauthorized access to computer information networks or use of computer information network resources.

II.Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of computer information network functions.

III.Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks.

IV.Intentional creation or dissemination of destructive programs such as computer viruses.

V.Any other actions that endanger the security of computer information networks.

VI.Users must not interfere with this application services in any way.

VII.Users must comply with all other regulations and procedures of this application.

Users are legally responsible for their actions while using this application services. The forms of legal liability that users may bear include but are not limited to compensating the injured party and reimbursing the Company with an equal amount after the Company initially bears administrative penalties or compensation for infringement damages due to user actions. Users understand that if the Company discovers that the images uploaded by them clearly fall under any of the categories listed in the preceding paragraph (1), according to Chinese law, the Company is obliged to immediately cease uploading and transmission, preserve relevant records, report to relevant national authorities, and delete the addresses or directories containing such content or shut down servers containing such content.

Users agree to indemnify and defend the Company's interests, responsible for paying legal fees, compensation costs, government penalties, and other infringement compensation costs incurred due to the user's violation of this Agreement or other service terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that is closest to the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

The Company's failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, or partial exercise of any right under this provision or as provided by law shall not be construed as a waiver of that right, nor shall it affect the Company's exercise of that right in the future.
