Automatic subscription terms

Welcome to (hereinafter referred to as "," "we," or "our") and thank you for becoming a user. operates this application (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, accept these Terms, and agree to comply with them.

- You accept these Terms by accessing or using our Service. You understand and agree that we will consider you bound by these Terms from the moment you access or use the Service.

- The Service is licensed to you, not sold, and you may use it only as permitted under this Agreement.

- Use of the Service may be subject to separate third-party terms and fees, including but not limited to those of your mobile network carrier ("Carrier"), such as data usage and overage charges, which are your sole responsibility.

(a) Consideration. Different pricing and payment policies may apply to different services. Depending on the pricing and payment policies in effect when you access the application, may provide access to the application and/or all or part of the Service free of charge or at the price displayed on the pages where you download, purchase, and/or subscribe to the application and/or such services.

To enjoy the full benefits of the Service, including but not limited to privileges displayed on the platform's purchase page, you must purchase a subscription. If you purchase a subscription, the following terms (i)-(iii) apply:

(i) Auto-Renewing Subscription. By purchasing a renewable subscription (where applicable), you agree that your subscription will automatically renew monthly upon expiration unless you cancel it.

(ii) Recurring Charges. You authorize Apple or Google (or their respective service providers, as applicable) to charge payment for any renewal of your subscription. The subscription price will be displayed at the time of purchase. You will be charged the then-current monthly subscription price plus applicable taxes for the same subscription plan. Renewal payments will be processed using the same billing cycle as your current subscription. For example, if your current subscription is billed on the 20th of each month, renewal payments will continue to be processed on that date. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, additional terms may apply to renewals, and subscription fees may change at any time. If your subscription plan is discontinued, your renewable subscription will automatically terminate, after which you will no longer be charged.

(iii) Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the applicable option in the App Store or Google Play. To request a refund for any subscription, you must contact Apple or Google (as applicable). bears no responsibility for refunds related to subscriptions.

(b) No Entitlement to Compensation. In exchange for accessing free or subscription-based services, you further acknowledge and agree that may generate revenue, increase goodwill, or otherwise accrue value from your use of the Service, and you are not entitled to any share of such revenue, goodwill, or value.

(c) Modifications to This Agreement. You understand and agree that we may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice; however, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance. You may review the latest effective version of this Agreement at any time via the applicable link on the Service. Unless otherwise specified, revised terms will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you find any changes to this Agreement or the Service unacceptable, your sole remedy is to cease accessing, browsing, or using the Service.

(d) Eligibility. The Service is not available to individuals under 17 years of age (or under 18 for paid subscription services and social networking features) or users previously suspended or removed by . If you are under 17, you may not use or access the Service without parental or legal guardian consent.

(e) Additional Terms. We may also require you to agree to additional terms and/or policies provided periodically in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to terms applicable to activities we conduct on the Service ("Additional Terms"). All such Additional Terms are hereby incorporated into and governed by this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and Additional Terms, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
