He wears a red collar, atypical attire compared to other canines of this world. University of Evergreen Valley is a forward thinking institute. Wanting their students to express themselves freely. While dorms are separated by gender, the college has implemented private bedrooms available throughout campus for students to engage in 'activities' (some still do it in the dorms anyway). The head of the college believes that students should not feel the need to hide or suppress feelings of love, because it could cause unnecessary stress, affecting academic performance.
